SummerFest 2016: Impact, Innovation and Integrity

Following the successes of the Science of Learning Winter Institute 2014, 2015, 2016 and SummerFest 2014, 2015, we are pleased to announce the launch of the SummerFest 2016 with the theme “Impact, Innovation and Integrity”. This year’s SummerFest will be held from 20 to 22 July 2016, involving a series of events with a focus on translation of research to the classroom and promoting innovation with integrity within the wider theme of impact. During this period, we are honored to invite a number of distinguished researchers from the ARC Science of Learning Research Centre (Australia), Australian Council for Educational Research and the University of Lund to give talks in the events. We are also privileged to have Professor Laura-Ann Petitto, HKU Sin Wai-Kin Distinguished Visiting Professor in the Humanities and Professor in Psychology Department of Gallaudet University, and Professor Kevin Dunbar, Research Visiting Professor of the University of Hong Kong and Director of the Laboratory for Complex Thinking, Creativity and Educational Neuroscience of the University of Maryland.
